I am sure it'd be more than enough. I have run much more than this together on my M1 Mac (iMovie+Android Studio + Emulators (multiple yes) along with whatever you have mentioned) and even once it did not hang or get unresponsive.

So go ahead and buy the 16 GB version of Air!
